What Reputation Management Actually Involves
Reputation management is the work of making sure what people find when they search your business name is accurate and is yours. That means claiming the listings you control, responding to reviews properly, and publishing enough of your own material that it occupies the results a customer sees before they call you. If you want the background rather than the pricing, our guide to online reputation management covers what damages a reputation and how repair actually works.
The Five Packages
- Starter Pack – we claim and verify your Google Business Profile and your primary directory listings, and correct the name, address and phone number wherever they disagree.
- Stabilizing Package – the Starter work plus review monitoring and a written response template set, so negative reviews get answered within a day instead of a week.
- Securing Package – adds owned-property publishing: profiles and pages you control, built to rank for your brand name so they occupy the first page.
- Growth Package – adds an active review-generation process so satisfied customers are actually asked, which is the only durable way to move an average rating.
- Domination Package – all of the above run continuously, with monthly reporting on what ranks for your brand name and what changed.
How Much Does Reputation Management Cost?
These packages run from $99.99 to $2,499.99 depending on how many listings and locations are involved and whether the work is one-off or ongoing. A single-location business with a clean record usually needs the Starter or Stabilizing tier. Multi-location businesses, and anyone dealing with an active problem, need the higher tiers – and we will say which on a call rather than selling you the largest one.
What We Will Not Do
We do not remove genuine negative reviews and we do not write fake positive ones. Both are against platform terms, both are detectable, and both make the underlying problem worse. What we do is make sure the accurate picture of your business is the one that ranks.
White Label Reputation Management
Agencies can run these packages under their own brand. Reporting is delivered unbranded, we never contact your client, and pricing is set so there is room for your margin. Ask for white-label terms when you enquire.
